Indonesians think it's hilarious to joke about disgusting topics because SEA females have the same socio-cultural dispositions as white female comedians, but without the IQ to understand when it is and isn't appropriate.
Indonesian girls (actually, this is applicable to other "modern" muslim places like Dubai) lean heavily into the "valley girl" esque culture, which, since they don't understand it beyond a surface level, they basically view as a "female punk" culture against muslim societal norms.
One of those is being incredibly crass and sexual, because they think Westerners find it funny (hence why their audience is equally braindead third-worlders).
