Kiara has a woman moment every 3 months and a project canceled every so often but she still hasn't quit, why is ame different in this case?
Once you find the answer to that, i guarantee you blaming the company mainly for her leaving is not going to be the answer (of course they definitely deserve a lot of blame still though)
