You can pick basically any topping off a pizza except pineapple, because a pineapple pizza with the pineapple picked off still just tastes like a pineapple pizza.
I can order a pizza that's half with fries and half without, and my friend who hates fries on pizza is still happy. If I order a pizza that's have pineapple and half without, my friend has to choke back the disgusting taste of caramelized pineapple juice for a pizza they likely paid into because me and my shit taste is ungovernable.
