Civilians (store owners, reporters, misc.)
Why: Easy interactions with all roles, don't have a fixed schedule / patrolling, good conversation starters all around, free to do whatever you feel like
>Great tier
Mechanics
Why: Talk to all roles, have the opportunity to customize stuff for others, don't have a hard fixed schedule and have more free time than cops and medics
>Good tier
Cops
Why: Have a hard fixed schedule, but gets to interact with all of holos santos, potential crimes are good interaction starters, might find interesting situations by patrolling
>Ok tier
Medics
Why: Their schedule is determined by supply and demand. Are always driving all around holos santos but don't have as many opportunities for varied interactions like cops
>shit tier
Gang
Why: Need to walk around eggshells around cops, require extreme competence to shine (Pekora), bugged heists take too long to complete, missing interactions, require good situation awareness and gang coordination
