Everyone does what they want, but this result in the company not having a real identity (outside of creative freedom memes), and the difference between being a member or being an indie who collab often is nonexistent.
VShoujo should, IMHO, try to increase group activities and events, but I think that in practice it would go against the very idea of the company.
Ultimately, it feels like a group of indies who are under an agency for administrative and security purposes (see the Ironmouse situation), which is good and all, but people should stop trying to sell them as something they aren't.
