If anything, if it exhausts her that much, she should ask Nerissa, because she does seem to be able to assuage a lot of the anxiety in the background and get people to do things.
I would think this was the time instead of just relying on one person to do one thing, use the skills of multiple people. You lost Ame, but you have CC and Shiori's ingenuity for example, stop looking for the one ace to count on, and make sure everyone feels like they can contribute without taking it all on their shoulders.
