Ame ropes in Gura. Gura ropes in the rest of SNOT. Mumei ropes in Doki and by extension Mint maybe even Kiara depending on HoloEN morale after all the graduations.Fauna ropes in Shondo to reunite and gives her a chance take her a shot at big corpos.

Its ridiculously far fetched, but a group with this foundation could honestly topple HoloEN from their top spot.

Who knows how many hundreds of pages of non compete she's signed. Now that Holo has an office in the US the non compete might even be written in a way that is legal for the US.

I'd laugh my ass off. 4 weeks in Ame would get bored of it and do something else and Gura would stop streaming.

An NDA no longer has any weight in the United States which means Cover can't do much to stop them from streaming the month after they leave HoloEN. The affiliate deal at least stops Ame from doing live streams on YouTube which is 90% of what management wants. So they might be okay with letting her RM be an indie vtuber on Twitch.

Damn, I'd actually look forward to this. Not sure about toppling HoloEN, because Cover's vision for chubas is not entirely on streaming. They might beat Holo streamingwise, but will be mogged at everything else. But then again, I see this as a win-win. HoloEN will be filled with talents that are more like Advent, etc. while Ame's agency will be filled with talents that I already like, all while they're also playing the part of Holo legends.
Ame, having been from Hololive, will use her experience to run her ideal agency. So it will be more like a mini branch of Hololive when it comes to vibes.
But again, I don't think it will ever surpass Holo. Holo is just too big, and I don't forsee any future fuckups that will end its era the same way with Nijisanji. Cover's ability to learn from its mistakes have been proven time and time again.
