Emote spam is also on YT so I dunno what you mean by that. Playback is better on YT and it has scrubbing and encoding automatically, so that's better for viewers, but with a big account encoding is a non-issue on Twitch...
Twitch also has better emote functionality and interactive options for viewers. Gifting system is also better. Can't recall which is better for monetization percentages but obviously YT win for passive income because of Adsense.
Either way, they're just different tools in a creators toolkit. They have strengths and weaknesses, so it's better to use both anyway to give the best possible viewing experience to your audience and maximize effectiveness and profit.
