>>86013974>I don't know what AC's involvement with Virtua Real is, above and beyond licensing the Nijisanji vtuber app to Bilibili; I don't know whether it's AC or BB who owns the IP rights to the VR vtubers' names and likenesses.I remember seeing in a thread a while back where some anon who didn't listen to /biz/ (seemed too sensible to be a bug but who knows anymore man) ended up explaining with a dozen different bilibili links that NijiCN is basically just a Bilibili vtuber company. They don't give Kurokara money, they don't use the Nijisanji app, some of them even apparently spit on the name of Nijisanji, and overall it just seems like the usual for businesses that branched into China: legally you can't stop them if they decide to do whatever the fuck they want with your IP because it's China.
Also, even ignoring whatever is true and whats not... you literally cannot tally anything NijiCN does. Because it's Bilibili. There's no money tracker, I imagine they're all exclusive to Bilibili, and viewcounts/subscription metrics are bare minimum 10x what they actually are, but with a variable based on how much money you give them changing how much your view is given. So someone with 1million views could literally just be someone with 10 viewers.
