When she came back she said her stomach was still bothering her but she thought she could continue. She sang one more song then immediately had to leave for another 5 or so minutes. She comes back and someone made a comment about her needing to eat more fiber and IRyS actually takes this into consideration before shutting down the conversation.
There's been no direct confirmation from IRyS that she was taking a shit but she just about said as much.
