By definition you don't know what's in the video until you react to it so every video is fair game which means you can just keep going forever because you have no cue to stop, like suffocating in a car because there is no CO2 to alert the body that there is no oxygen
Hell they can do it right now, there's more than enough holo clips so I want you to imagine some gen 10 holo or something who just sits and watches those slackjawed for four hours every day, even clips from half a decade ago
