What is the Japanese government's official policy on vtubers? Is there government money available to companies like Hololive to help promote japanese culture political ideals to the world?

Does we know Abe's thoughts on vtubers? Who is Abe's oshi?

There's some weird little microcorpo's that are affiliated certain places and do promotional work for their town/city besides the usual gaming and singing/concerts.
Pic related was the official vtuber of Matsudo City in Chiba and was part of a traffic safety campaign for the local police until some dried up, childless ((westernized feminist))) nip roasties seethed and screeched and got the campaign pulled.
I like her ghost mascot, which is oddly the city's mascot.
What city decides to use a ghost as a mascot I don't know.
But Rinka didn't deserve to be cancelled by disgusting old whores. Abe would not have approved.
