Disagree, I believe that Ame wouldn't be leaving Hololive unless things with management had gotten really horrible. That is why there was so much vague doomposting and the reason Gura asked fans if they would follow her if she was a sunflower. We have another Sana type graduation were everyone is furious with Cover but they can't say anything because of the NDA.

The Nijisanji NDA is extremely strict with rules about not saying anything which damages the reputation of their employer so there is good reason to believe the same is true for the Hololive NDA. Aqua made several vague complaints before singing Stay Alive and management forced her to walk back her complaints while telling viewers that Hololive was better than ever. Ame gave little explanation for her graduation but made it clear that it wasn't for personal reasons which means that it almost certainly was on the management side.

Hololive isnt a charity, it's a job. Every actress is there because they were hired. They get paychecks. They attend meetings. They stream when they dont want to, or not when you're gura.

The point is, there is no reason for them to not be "selfish". The only people who need to think of hololive like a family are the fans.
