Nerissa, Reine, Mori, Ollie, Mint, are the biggest people (in the Vtuber space) who actively try to reach out to her and talk to her all the time and are genuine friends.
That's not even to mention her IRL friends she has who have nothing to do with this whole "world".
Yea, Ame works with her too, but she's extremely passive and they barely interacted + the timezone problem.
So Kiara has to juggle these vtubers that actively try to and are her friends, and also her IRL friends she does stuff with, do work (stream shit) and also... do shit with Ame behind the scenes? Doubtful
Also I'm not implying you're no longer friends if you don't talk every single day, but obviously Kiara and Ame are not currently, and won't be close. Not as close as everyone else.
I say Ame and Gura have a higher chance of being close friends because Gura barely does anything and has all the freetime in the wolrd to do shit with Ame
