You basically spend your first year so in Holo with a bunch of free time, so you're able to stream, around year two is when they start with being approached with opportunities to do things like panels, sponsored events, lives, projects etc
I think a lot of Holos are generally stoked to signed up for things like that but don't really factor how that'll effect their time
And the ammount of Holo who can: A) Constantly in a bunch of projects and B) not really have their stream output effected, is a very short list
