No, they probably all met together and tried to reach a common agreement on what to say. That's why Scarle and Kyo didn't retweet the stream: Scarle didn't agree with it, and Kyo was smart enough to know it was a huge fucking mistake, and he didn't want to be associated with that horrendous stream right when he was about to graduate.
That's not to say that everyone involved is evil. Most of them were probably just dumb fucks who didn't really understand what was happening and maybe just believed the official company narrative: Selen was under a lot of stress, thought she was being harassed, tried to hurt herself, and then threatened the company and her friends. If you take that line of thinking, it's easy to see why most of them supported the black frame stream, because at the time it sounded like a "good" idea. They just wanted to defend themselves and set things straight.
Now, we all know it was a completely retarded idea that ruined most of their careers, but we're sitting on this side of the fence. They were probably under a lot of pressure, they trusted Elira and Vox, and, above all, they didn’t want to make Riku mad.
So when the black frame stream fallout happened and the organs realized they had been stormtroopers on a suicide mission all along... they cracked. Some tried to wait until the storm passed, others had no choice but to keep working because they had just joined the company, and some just decided to fuck off.
Ren probably thought that everything was just a huge misunderstanding. He wasn't close to Selen at all, decided to trust his friends' story and he tried to help them. Remember when he helped Luca when he bought the same phone case as him?
Anyway, I'm not trying to excuse any of them. I still think it’s pretty fucking shameless that Vivi, for example, tried to join the same tournament as Doki without ever reaching out to her privately to talk things through. It's just that I can easily imagine why most of them decided to support the black frame stream while being aware of its contents, without necessarily meaning that they are fucking evil. They are probably just dumb, selfish and retarded kids.
