Got her biggest deal as a musician through Hololive. And she's active IRL as well. Basically its additional money. The only thing that could take Mori out would be health problems or literal death

Kiara already was an irl idol before, and Hololive is her biggest break. There is discussion that she could pursue a larger role in the home turf as a Deutsche celebrity, but I feel its unlikely.
Ina - Maybe/will stay
Ina is my biggest bet that could leave, but Ina has also been quite comfortable with her kouhais and current schedule. It does feel likely that she gains more from being an artist "under Cover" than being an affiliated or contracted Indie
Gura - Maybe/ will stay
"Two more weeks" jokes aside, the fact remains that Gura is Cover's mascot and biggest moneymaker. People see the Ameway as the setup for Gura, but Ame was less into the idolreps than Gura was. Also, its likely Kiara rubbed off a lot of idol influence on Gura. I think Gura will stay, but I do think she'll remain being very inactive cos "tummy hort". The only thing that will make Gura stop, imho, is if she gets a HUGE deal
and I think nerissa is more likely to get it first before GuraIrys - Will stay
See Kiara. If anything, its a miracle Irys survived Omega's bullshit
Bae - maybe/ will stay

Kronii - maybe
There has been talk that Kronii could leave if her VA career takes over, but va doesn't pay the bills quite like idol repping does. If anything, Kronii's situation could become like Ina's a va under Cover (which they are already doing with voice dramas)
Mumei - maybe/ will stay
Mumei's a bit harder to read because she's relatively young, but she also has been quite happy where she is.
Considering she saw what happened to DokiFauna - maybe
Another hard read. But for different reasons. She has more to gain by staying but I feel like she's the next most likely to soft retire like Ame. But then again, she could also follow ERB's mold, so, who knows.
The twins - will stay
See Kiara. And like Kiara, this is their biggest break
Biboo - will stay
See Fuwamoco. Also, the twins rubbed off big on Biboo.
Shiori - maybe/will stay
Actually this is difficult for me to read, but Shiori has experience both as an indie and being under a corpo. She's not a sinto the idol stuff, but she also is doing better now than before
Nerissa - BIG maybe
Actually, I think Nerissa is the most likely to leave. But this assuming she gets a HUGE break. Nerissa's story is VERY different from everybody else's. If anything, her reason for joining was because she's a bigger otaku.

ERB - maybe
See Nerissa. But ERB is also the oldest in EN - a LITERAL hag. Even if she doesn't fin in the culture/idol mold, she doesn't have much options IRL

She actually becomes a major flesh singer. I think its the most likely for Nerissa, followed by ERB and then Gura, because Nerissa is actually known IRL. And she has more options/singing strengths than Mori. Also, unlike Nerissa, ERB is way too old. But this is a BIG IF. The /mu/sic industry is even more cuthroat than the idol and vtubing spheres, and its also likely Nerissa would be happy just being in the same sphere as TakaMori.
