>>86431295Cover absolutely got better at onboarding with each new EN gen--integrating them into the company, sending them out to Japan, communicating and setting expectations, taking some responsibility for teambuilding and gen bonding--and that made all the difference in the world.
Myth are all individual powerhouses in their respective lanes, areas and interests, but Covid and Cover's low expectations, managerial incompetence, and overall lack of EN experience fucked their chances at being a cohesive public-facing streaming unit. By the time Cover got their shit together somewhat, behind the scenes work like concert prep, promotions, events, etc. were in full swing and it was too late and everyone in Myth got too busy.
And despite all of this, it's obvious that they all love, support, and adore each other like crazy. It's just that their friendships and dynamic weren't cultivated in a way that translated to streams, especially to an audience that literally can't see body language and primarily expects to be entertained and engaged with constantly first and foremost.
I don't know if all that made sense, I'm very drunk but I did my best. I need to go to bed.
