>>86469691The thing I dont get is why this is all a problem in the first place. Cover is not some small family ran business. Why do the talents need to bother with all this shit? Surely they have a team of managers/lawyers to handle all the bureaucratic stuff. And if they dont, surely they could benefit from that. Imagine if the talents could just play the most popular games without any fuss at any point they wanted.
Sometimes I wonder if Cover does want them to slowly burn out so they can get new talents and keep things fresh/exciting.
I also wonder if the perms headache is one of the main reasons cover seems to be pivoting more to the idol side.
