Too much focus on lore restricts the movements of the talent, and introducing management as a character draws attention away from the talents themselves even if only a small amount. A competent manager, especially during the debut period, should be doing everything they can to ensure the growth and success of their talents, rather than stepping on their toes, drawing attention away from them and onto their own self, and alienating the previous generation.
A-chan is a different circumstance, and she's long earned her spot in the community's hearts by being consistently hard working, diligent, and likable. Omega is forced as all hell in comparison.
