Yes. However in general this is a better option. The permenant elimination is too permanent on a public level. If a talent left on good terms like Aqua or A-chan (I know she wasn't technically talent) it's not really a good thing to say graduation. It's better to do this Ame or infinite hiatus with Kizuna Ai.

That way Myth can do something like a 10 year reunion or something along the lines and it being possible.

She said she might come back some day but not to get your hopes up, it's also not clear at all why she left in the first place.
If you ask me it makes no sense to quit when you're not planning to join another org, if they didn't poach you contract with Cover obviously conflicts with this.

Honestly I think it's all the offline work.
I don't think she has the kind of ambitions that agency red tape gets in the way of.
She even said she plays games offline so if there's a perms issue with games, she'd just lay on her own time.
