I tried selling a full art Shaymin EX that I opened from a pack I bought in-store and in front of the shopowner, back when the FA was like $120, and the guy tried saying it was only worth $20 because I didn't open the pack correctly. So I just assume that most people actually buying/selling have no clue how to actually barter, and don't bother anymore.
