Masashi Tsuboyama was still in the industry, at least as of a few years ago. Mostly doing art based roles like Art Director on that last Yoshi game.
Akihiro Imamura did fall off the planet in like 2006/7 but he was at Konami as a producer and programmer for SH4.
Keiichiro Toyama left Konami before SH2 but did Siren and Gravity Rush for Sony. He also has a new studio (Bokeh) making a horror game called Slitterhead.
Suguru Murakoshi is currently unknown but after Team Silent he went to Koji-Pro and then Tango Gameworks until they closed recently.
Masahiro Ito is still doing art for the most recent Silent Hill projects.
Hiroyuki Owaku got sent off to the mobile game mines as Director / Producer rolls.
Kazuhide Nakazawa went off to do the PES series for Konami but not much else.
Akira Yamaoka will do odd-ball music for anyone that gives him like $20.
Takayoshi Sato is at Nintendo doing a "Visual Producer" roll on many of their spin off games.
Gozo Kitao has been MIA since Konami's Koji-Pro folded.
