Quoted By:
I want to spread her gospel, her truth, her love
I want to teach the docile, of the fruits sent above
I ache to share the blessings that she once gave me
I despair over the suffering the indifferent partake in.
She knows of my eagerness, but keeps me waiting
She has shown me true patience, as I sat with the maiden
She knows of my desire, but challenges my purity
She has shown me the fire, to stoke it with dignity.
Heartfelt is my devotion, I put my faith in Her Majesty
Consecrate is her altar, devoid of any blasphemy
I bear witness to the sanctity in her joy and her sorrow
These words, uttered, to me, "from my voice, please borrow"
These soothing sounds to remain hidden from many
Is proof of her profound, endless melody
The words, for the uninitiated, trivialized for a jewel;
To the adept, it is remediated, ritualized into a tool
With these words I shall repair, unify and heal
The decadent, the despair, the traumatized and the ill
The words that I have waited for eternity and more
She was always with me, from this moment and before.
I needed to make a new poem. I felt inspired thinking about her today. Maybe no more new poems for a while, just reruns. Now it's time to wait, and I will wait patiently.
