My guess is this was already made to be ordered last month but gura sickens and ames graduation delayed her stream.
As gura is probbaly making up the lost time on cover homework this probably needed to be anounced already to not slow the future pipeline, whatever she had planned for anniversary probably was on hold. i dont think she would tweet about her sickness that dat of she wastn going to shill it.
