Just because Ame says she can come back doesn't mean she will.
And a lukewarm "yeah sure, why not, I would like to, we'll see, maybe in the future, bye... for now!" doesn't say much either, none of that is binding or firm or reassuring at all, it's all up in the air and if you know Ame and the type of person she is then you'll already know that she cannot deal with the constant meetings and wacky time slots and perms autism anymore.
She will not come back. She might appear here or there for something big as a cameo, but she will never come back and be a full time holo again and you know that.
