Because as much as people shit on Mori's music. She actually tries and attempts to do music as a serious career and venture. Kiara releases a plethora of original songs sure. but it doesn't really feel like she does music in a way that feels seriously committed to the industry despite how long she's tried to be an idol. This isn't exclusive to just these two, there is a clear divide between holos that can be classified as "utaites that release original songs" and "someone actually trying to have a serious music career"
