Space Marines is part of Warhammer, and by default Warhammer wins in lore due to having like 40 fucking years of built up shit that constantly expands so you can pretty much tell any story you want somewhere in 40k

Sure SM1 and SM2 aren't the best stories in the world but they are fun for what they do. Plus short games are kinda welcome in my opinion.

I admit I'm more of a casual watcher but I think Mori could have gotten some fun outta SM1. It would certainly give her context when she gets to all the chaos shenanigans because turns out the first game is important for telling you what the fuck the chaos device is.

To be fair, DMC4 is unfinished and a massive hassle to get through, especially if you're watching someone play it for the first time.
It's still important just for introducing Nero, but it's the game I am least interested in revisiting or watching (that is still playable) in this series.
