There's not a really a 9 hour session, the 6pm (it's really supposed to be 7pm but I guess Mori got her timezone conversion wrong lol) is about 3-4 hours long
The 4am session doesn't have a set session length or even a confirmation if they'll even happen, it's basically an *if necessary* clause in case either of the two euro Holos don't feel like playing at the 6pm session
