They are some of the loudest people above like Latitude 38, bunt only in bars, by design.
People are supposed to raise their hands high and shout for orders, lough loudly with people they're trying to suck up to.
Depends on the bar type I guess, but most of the quite ones are whisky bars, or western themed.
