According to the script she read on the black screen, the three of them did the black screen entirely of their own accord. And as long as AC owns the Elira Pendora IP, she can't claim otherwise without risking termination, which in turn would make it impossible for her to ever regain 600k on her current channel. And regardless of whether her IP is owned by AC or another company or Elira herself, if she's physically in Japan then she can't legally claim that she did the black screen under duress or coercion without risking getting clapped for defamation in civil or criminal court.
