Her relationship with Pekora changed, that much we agree on but what you perceive as I distance I see as a tighter bond were they each respect the other's wishes. This results in more tight-lipped Senchou and a more openly flirty Pekora.
Pekora got close to Aqua near the end of her time in Holo so them going out to eat isn't that surprising to me.
To me, Pekora seems to be business only with almost every member, whereas Marine now just seems to really collab with people she is close to. Her dynamic with Pekora doesn't resemble her relationship with Fubuki, which I think is the quintessential business-only relationship Marine has.
