There is literally only one member of that "gen", and that's IRyS.
The Council girls are together with IRyS to form an idol group ALSO named Promise. They aren't a gen named Promise composed of everybody.
So no a "Promise style" thing won't happen because it was a unique thing with IRyS due to her original branch shuttering completely, like how AZKi only barely became officially a holo like two years ago.
