>>8757699Nijisanji missing the boom and dragging their feet is certainly worthy of criticism but hardly a masterclass from Cover. Hololive was teeming with EOPs mistranslating and flanderising the JP branch because of the YT algorithm vomiting clips, so making an EN branch was much safer for Cover than AnyColor. Newfags seem to be completely unaware that it was Nijisanji they always went to for collabs to get their names out there.
Not knowing who members of Nijisanji are and complaining about it is entirely on you. A quick wiki or look on their site will inform you, and unless you're braindead you'll learn at least a handful more.
>NijiEN is just a rehash of HoloENEven if I agreed, which I don't, HoloEN is just a rehash of HoloJP, which by your own metrics would be a rehash of NijiJP, which was molded around the gameplay choices of Kizuna AI.
>Better and more talented picksAh, yes, big number = better talent. Newsflash: Calli was not pulling millions of views before she became Calli. Elira, Petra, Pomu, Rosemi, and Selen can all speak multiple languages - two of them to the same level of Japanese fluency as Kiara. You mentioned Gura's numbers and shitposts (which she doesn't even do in Hololive) rather than her actual talents like singing and chat interaction because you are deeply entrenched in the ahololive culture of creaming your pants to a number going up and losing your mind when the number goes back down. I often wonder how often numberfags are even watching the stream and not the live viewer count. Sure, Ina is a fantastic artist, but it's funny that you didn't mention Amelia at all because she has no numbers you can froth over even though most of the unique and creative content in HoloEN comes almost exclusively from her.
If NijiEN isn't for you then that is 100% okay and I sincerely hope you enjoy the Council and future EN generations, but let's not be a huge faggot about it, man. NijiEN are doing just fine.
