Probably not. She's not in Japan on a work only visa, she's there on a student/work visa, meaning she is legally able to both go to school and be gainfully employed. I don't know if she MUST work, just that her current visa allows it.
When she was in Japan on a student only visa, she couldn't legally do any vtuber activities. Not having a valid work visa meant that she could not legally do any sort of work, exactly the same situation Ina is currently facing.

Ahh yes, two months ago for her waves anniversary. Then what, came in for an off collab karaoke, some fashion show judge, and a couple or so prerecorded videos on the main channel? I'm fine with her just coasting by, doing school, and living it up in Japan. If she graduates and never resurfaces then so be it, but saying a bold face lie about her general activity this year on her own channel irritates me.
