It looks like they really phoned it in with creating a proper background. It's abundantly clear they accidentally drew her on a white instead of transparent canvas and had to try and erase all the white spots afterwards, so there's white leaking in through small gaps everywhere and it has ugly rough edges on the edges of the line art. I'd be pretty disappointed by that, even if the rest of the commission is good. It's things like this that make me hesitant to use skeb, because even consistently good artists can give you sloppy work if they feel like it that day.
