>>87842712YGO restricts cards by having "once per turn" clauses. A "Hard OpT" is when the card calls itself out by name ("you can only use the effect of [Name of Card] once per turn"), and a "Soft OpT" is when the card just restricts that instance of the card ("once per turn," or "you can only use this effect once per turn"). Soft OpTs in YGO are notable because of how the gamestate recognizes cards, so you can re-use a Soft OpT multiple times in a single turn, so long as you have multiple copies, or have a way to cycle your one copy (such as getting it off the board, then back on the board, flipping it face-down then back up, ect).
In Pokemon, Supporter cards have a global Once Per Turn clause, which restricts every card in that category. You can only play a single Supporter card of any name per turn. So if you have "Nemona" (Draw 3) and "Kofu" (Put 2 from hand on bottom of deck, then draw 4) in your hand, you can't play both.
The main point of question is whether a "Limited" card in HoloOCG is which game it takes after more. If I play Nodoka, can I also play Mane-chan in the same turn?
