I get Shiori probably lurks for a number of reasons. Maybe to see any unfiltered criticism, I'd get that. Most places like her chat, YouTube/Twitter/Tiktok comments, and other places like Reddit are generally full of yesmen.
The second reason is probably for opsec reasons.
The third is she's like all of us and can't leave because she's been browsing for years.
