It's why a lot of streamers bellyache doing business with Atlus since their policies are so damn strict(Only stream certain parts of Persona 5. Only stream it once embargo lifts, don't use promotional materials outside of allocated streaming days.
Capcom tried to do the same thing with president Evil 7 way back in the day, but there were some back and forth and Capcom is a lot more flexible(except for music, damn you the composer of Ghost Trick)
SquareEnix sometimes do that too, but it backfires on them ai regularly that they backdown from enforcing right quick.
I love Japanese made games but DAMN do I not want to stream their games sometimes.
