I mean hypothetically, if it was a systemic issue and management just kept fucking talents over the same way over and over (showing deliberate malice), it'd be a huge yab and people would be rightfully indignant, but even the most fervent of them would hesitate at the prospect of the entire company and brand folding because of it. They'd sooner look for people getting held accountable, to save what could be saved.
