Mumei is based around drawing. One of her debuts lets you draw a card as a collab effect, one of her first stages lets you find a debut or first stage Promise member as a bloom effect and the other lets you draw as you attack and gets a damage bump if you get a Promise member, and her Second Stage lets her find a non-Buzz Promise member as a collab effect on top of having nuts damage thanks to the bench she can basically single handedly set up.
IRyS is unga damage since she has a 1st stage card that bumps up promise member's damage the turn she blooms which it can stack and her second stage hits hard with a full Promise field that Mumei sets up.
Kronii is basically just there for energy acceleration with her 1st stage since you can bloom the same card repeatedly but she can cause an annoying setback by unblooming an endgame card with her second stage if you need her to.
