Doesn't necesarily means she OD'd herself and was banned from taking meds, it could mean either that she no longer needed to take them for her treatment or that continuing with her old prescription for longer than she's supposed to be taking them could start causing adverse effects to her health.
Though it doesn't help Japan is extremely autistic about their healthcare system and what meds are allowed and which aren't...
