It's also probably nothing hugely JP slanted given that she's announcing it in US prime time, and it's probably specifically Mori-focused unless she's somehow managed to organise yet another huge collab event for November.
For all that, my top bet is just that it's concrete details for the songs that were teased at the start of the month. Names, premiere times, key visuals, producers, maybe a sample. It's the right amount of time to start hyping those up. It's not "great big news", but Mori always under/overhypes announcements erratically.
A duller back up would be a particular big merch deal to shill. A much more optimistic back up would be confirming the Rainforest duet.
