If they had a gacha phone game out while Coco, Rushia etc were still in the company and some other girls were more in their prime a few years ago (Marine for example), they'd probably have made more off them than the existing roster today. Not to mention the staff, server upkeep etc to run an actual game vs a phone game.
Unless HoloEarth has an expensive ass subscription fee I don't see what they could possibly be doing with it that would make more money than cash-grab built to strike while the iron's hot.
