During the Selen drama, she did everything she could to fight for her "friends", and she’s been publicly supporting Elira for a long time too. For some reason, people see her as one of the "good ones" and keep telling her to quit and get away from the black company and the bullies, so, it makes sense why Vivi would feel bad: it’s like they’re basically telling her she’s being stupid and wasting her time by continuing to work there
Also, the organs have probably gotten a lot closer since the drama started, so for Vivi, it feels like abandoning a group of friends when they need her the most
The truth is, it’s a shitty job that pays like crap, with shitty coworkers who don’t care about her, and a shit community that never gave a fuck about her. By sticking around, she just becomes a target for whiteknights, antis, and shitposters, and it's not like Anycolor is even rewarding her loyalty to the company or her "friends". Like, they literally ghosted her for the "NBA" (Rakuten) collab. Vivi is just a naive kid without enough life or work experience, give her a proper break and a few months away from all the Niji bullshit, and she’ll feel like a new person
