In fairness most of the afflicted agencies were the same as NijiEN, with poor management, issues with the talents and so on. For every one of them gone a new one is made or another one grows larger, absorbing that agency's talents.
The good ones gone are a very small minority and you can probably count them on one hand.

holo is near 50% share, vspo is growing steadily, vshojo is super strong in EN, phase grew exponentially, etc.
