>>88147310It's pretty straightforward. I just went to USPS, bought one of these little circular stamps with flower on them for first class international mail ($1.65), and handed the envelope to them after sticking the stamp on.
I filled out the address on the envelope according to
https://hololive.hololivepro.com/en/contact-2/. Put Japan on the last line instead of zip code. Some anon mentioned their fan mail being returned for addressing it to Amelia Watson so make sure you use the official name Watson Amelia.
First class international mail takes around 3 weeks to arrive so you might want to hurry as the cutoff is Nov. 29th (or you can go for other faster but more expensive options).
