>>88153906Interestingly, what matters legally is just the intent to agree to the contract. If a contract is never actually signed, but all parties act in a way that shows that they agreed and believe that they are bound by the agreement, then they are. It's just messier and a lot harder to prove without the actual piece of paper. Technically a verbal agreement is enough if you can prove it exists.
Of course, it's still really dumb not to actually get the thing signed, that's severe incompetence right there.
