I dunno what the Ublock anon is talking about since it doesn't work, but get a VPN.
There are ton of countries that don't have ads on Twitch because there are no ad buyers for those markets.
And then there are the odd countries that legally forbid foreign advertisers. Serbia is one IIRC, because they require a domestic broadcasting license to run commercials.

Up until Twitch added the mini player during ads, and some solutions just expand that while an ad plays, the other shit did not work for me. TTVLOL et al. still ended up showing me ads. I tried 6 or 7 different things people swore worked always, not understanding it's not a guaranteed thing. I know someone in the netherlands who only has uBO and doesn't get ads, but others in the same region do. It's not consistent.
