Subaru isn't even a proper tomboy, her first outfit is the only one that resembles such. Subaru is VERY fucking girly, from the way she sits, to the mannerisms she has. She's about as much of a tomboy as Fubuki is.
A PROPER tomboy is the kind that is sporty, doesn't hesitate throw the first punch, will throw down with anyone to protect the people she cares about, brushes of bruises and injuries like dust in the wind. Will be interested in usually boy-ish like topics and games, like shooters, old RPG's, horror games, table top shit, ect.
Subaru doesn't fit that sort of stuff, she used to model for kimonos, like come on.
But you know who DOES fit that criteria? You know who actually acts and talks like a tomboy?
